Who is excited that it is Friday!? I am!! Plus it is officially
the first day of Spring! I am so ready for warmer weather!
I am doing a 10K this Sunday, so I am pretty excited about
that. This is the first race of a 2 part race series I am doing to help train
for my half marathon. The next one is a 15K in April!
I highly recommend signing up for some shorter races during
your training months. It makes it easier to train for a big race if you have little
victories along the way to help keep you motivated and inspired! Plus who doesn’t
love a “free” medal and t-shirt! Speaking of medals, I found an awesome DIY
medal/running bib shadow box display idea on Pinterest that I have been meaning
to do for my last 2 half marathons. I will post pictures once I actually get
them done! For now I will just share my current inspiration!
